Refund Policy

This policy explains how to request a refund for AngelWing subscriptions and credit packs. It does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Subscription payments

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel an online service contract within 14 calendar days of entering it. If you asked us to begin providing the service during that period and used AngelWing, any refund may be reduced to reflect the service already supplied where the law allows this. Contact us within the applicable cancellation period so we can review your request.

For an accidental monthly renewal, contact us within 7 calendar days of the charge. If little or none of the renewed credit allowance has been used, we will normally approve a full or proportionate refund. This is in addition to any rights provided by law.

Credit packs

You may request a refund for an unused credit pack within 14 calendar days of purchase. Once credits from a pack have been used, we may reduce or decline a change-of-mind refund to account for the digital service already supplied, except where the law requires otherwise. Refunded credits will be removed from your account.

Billing mistakes and service problems

Contact us if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid for a service that was not provided as described. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights when a service is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

How to request a refund

Email seleniumteam.ai@gmail.com from the address linked to your AngelWing account. Include the payment date, the plan or credit pack, and a short explanation. Do not send your full card number or security code.

We aim to reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We will submit the refund without undue delay and within any deadline required by law, although your bank may take additional time to display it.
